"Embody the best version of yourself"

Hello, I'm Mia Upton, the heart and soul behind M Body. My life journey has been a tapestry woven with triumphs, challenges, and an unwavering commitment to living a vibrant, active life.

On the path to wellness, I faced the daunting challenge of blown bilateral ACLs and meniscus four times. Today, I live without ACLs in either knee, a testament to the resilience of the human body. Despite the hurdles, I continue to embrace life to its fullest—skiing down slopes, riding motocross and endurocross, lifting weights, tackling downhill mountain biking trails, hiking through nature's wonders, dancing, practicing yoga—all integral parts of my daily, active existence.

Life has also taught me the art of resilience. Divorce reshaped my journey, and surviving two craniotomies underscored how precious life really is. I've bid farewell to cherished souls, a poignant reminder of life's impermanence. In the depths of despair and the heights of joy, I've experienced the full spectrum of human emotion, allowing me to preserve with grace.

Professionally, my work has been a passport to the world, allowing me to traverse continents and cultures. It's a profound honor to continue working with clients who embarked on this wellness journey with me two decades ago.

My unwavering commitment to continuing education enables me to provide the best care. I am currently immersed in the study of Core Synchronism under the guidance of Robert Stevens and Alyssa Gillespie. Additionally, I explore the intricate realm of curing chronic pain with Dr. Howard Schubiner and Charlie Merrill. Learning is my constant companion, a testament to my love for what I do and my dedication to providing you (my clients) the most progressive Mind-Body-Spirit care to you.

Welcome to M Body, where personal experience and professional expertise converge to guide you on a transformative journey toward holistic well-being.

With gratitude, Mia
